Job Description:
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Part-time staff, to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Assisting with table setup and clear-down
- Handling customer queries or concerns with care
- Supporting the wider team with general service duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
