Salary: Up to £16.50 per hour + enhanced overtime

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the agricultural industry for an experienced Farm Mechanic to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Farm Mechanic, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repair of a wide range of agricultural and plant machinery. You will work on equipment including tractors, combines, telehandlers, balers and other farm machinery, ensuring everything is maintained and operating to a high standard.
The role will involve using both traditional mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnostic methods, as well as modern laptop-based diagnostic systems, so a good understanding of agricultural machinery and strong fault-finding skills are essential.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Farm Mechanic, Agricultural Engineer, Agricultural Technician or similar. You will have strong mechanical knowledge, be confident diagnosing faults and repairs, and ideally have experience working across a variety of agricultural machinery.
