We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team as a Law Graduate Opportunity. About Swan Solicitors
Swan Solicitors is a start-up law firm specialising in personal injury claims across all types of accidents, including RTA's, EL and PL claims. We are currently looking to recruit a Paralegal to join our small, but ambitious team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated personal injury cases, including RTA, EL and PL matters
- Drafting legal documents – from pleadings to witness statements
- Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and third parties
- Preparing court bundles and assisting with trial preparation
- Conducting legal research to support case strategy
- Keeping everything organized and ensuring deadlines are met
What We’re Looking For
- Legal qualification - a minimum of a 2:1
- Experience in personal injury is advantageous although not a must
- Strong drafting, research, and client communication skills
- Someone who’s proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Happy to work in a small but supportive team in the office

Summary
- Job Type: Full-time 9am to 5pm

- Expected hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch
