Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas during your weekend shift
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure surfaces are sanitised and maintained to a high standard
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet roll as needed
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain a simple log of completed tasks and any incidents encountered during your shift
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Reliable with good time management to complete tasks within the scheduled hours
