Parts Assistant Manager – BMW Heathrow
About the Role
BMW Heathrow is seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of our busy Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious automotive professional looking to develop their career within a premium automotive brand environment.
Working closely with the Parts Manager, you will help lead the department to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers while ensuring operational efficiency and strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Parts Manager in the daily running of the Parts Department
- Assist in managing stock control, ordering, and inventory processes
- Ensure high levels of customer service are consistently delivered
- Build strong working relationships with workshop, service, and retail teams
- Help drive departmental sales and profitability targets
- Supervise and support Parts Advisors and warehouse staff
- Maintain manufacturer standards and compliance procedures
- Assist with reporting, performance monitoring, and process improvements
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within an automotive parts department
- Supervisory or team leadership experience within the motor trade
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Good IT and administration skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach
- Experience with BMW or premium automotive brands would be advantageous
