We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Seasonal Bar & Floor Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Take orders accurately using POS systems, handling cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the dining environment remains welcoming.
- Support bar operations by preparing drinks, restocking supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently, including food safety regulations and COVID-19 guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexibly during peak seasons, including weekends and evenings if required.
