Job Title: Mobile Farm Worker
Reporting to: Area Manager
Overall aim of the Job: We are looking for a Mobile Farm Worker to support our poultry farms across East Anglia. You will help ensure the smooth running of daily farm operations and maintain high welfare standards for birds.
Key tasks within the job:
- Look after poultry daily (feed, water, bedding, ventilation)
- Maintain high animal welfare and hygiene standards
- Monitor bird health and report any issues
- Keep records up to date
- Assist with general farm tasks (duck catching, cleaning, pressure washing)
- Carry out site checks when required (including evenings/weekends)
- Work safely and follow company procedures
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members
- Monitor supplies and report shortages
Requirements:
- Previous poultry or farm experience but not essential as full training will be provided
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Basic computer skills
- Own transport essential (remote locations)

Location:
- Across farms in East Anglia
- Based in Ickburgh, Norfolk when not covering sites
Working Hours:
- 39 hours per week + overtime when required
- Monday – Thursday: 07:30am – 16:00pm
- Friday: 07:30am – 15:00pm
- Some weekend work required
Pay:
- £12.75 per hour (weekdays)
- £16.99 per hour (weekends and overtime)
