About the Role
Treasure Chest Indoor Play is a bustling, family-run indoor soft play centre. We are seeking a mature, proactive, and highly experienced Centre Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead our floor staff by example, and maintain our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
This is not an entry-level position or a seasonal role. You will be responsible for staff delegation, opening/closing the centre, and ensuring the smooth running of a fast-paced environment.

- Local Candidates Only: You must live locally in the Crawley area or have a highly reliable, independent method of commuting to ensure punctual opening shifts.
