Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls from domestic and commercial customers, engineers, and suppliers, offering support and administrative assistance
- Managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring their needs are met
- Organising engineers’ and managers’ diaries and scheduling customer appointments
- Uploading compliance certificates to customer portals and updating job notes
- Managing the email inbox and dealing with all incoming queries
- Ordering van stock, remedial job materials, and any equipment required by engineers
- Coordinating vehicle fleet MOTs, services, and completing vehicle checklists
- Keeping customers fully informed on job progress and managing any issues that arise
- Raising invoices for completed works and following up on outstanding payments
- Ensuring engineers progress and close off jobs in the operating system once works are completed
- Reviewing, actioning, and updating the business on the progress of customer works
- Ordering stock and parts required by engineers to complete jobs
Criteria
- Strong computer skills, including experience with systems, Google Suite, Excel, Word, etc.
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role
