Director of People, Learning & Culture
Location: Didcot Oxfordshire – Office Based
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 FTE, dependent on experience. 37.5 hours per week

Autism at Kingwood is a leading charity supporting autistic adults and people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives through high-quality Supported Living and Outreach Services.
We are looking for an inspiring Director of People, Learning & Culture to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead a people strategy that empowers our colleagues to deliver exceptional, person-centred support.
This is a key strategic role, responsible for attracting, developing and retaining a talented, compassionate and values-driven workforce. You will champion a positive, inclusive culture, drive learning and development, and ensure our people practices enable both colleagues and the people we support to thrive.
