The Role: We’re looking for an individual who is proactive, self-motivated and able to work across multiple projects with varying deadlines.
You’ll play a key role in support the teams across various duties, providing day-to-day admin and system support, ensuring the smooth running of campaigns.
Managing marketing, print, and POS projects, acting as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver services on time and to specification. Focussing on exceptional client service, operational efficiency, and administrative support for client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
· Organisational skills: Have strong organisation skills, managing your time and deadlines effectively.
· Fast paced: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
· Problem Solving: Able to identify challenges, find solutions and remain calm under pressure.
· Attention to detail: have excellent admin management and attention to detail.
· Can do attitude: a willingness to “get stuck in” and help colleagues in busy periods.
What we’re looking for:
· Technical Skills – Proficiency in excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and experience using CRM/project management tools.
Skills & Traits
· Excellent communication skills
· Good computer literate
· Multi-tasking across projects
Experience in a fast-paced retail, print, or marketing environment (desirable)
