Duties
- Perform precise haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and offer professional recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through friendly communication and personalized service
- Stay updated on the latest haircutting techniques, trends, and grooming products
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
- Promote retail products and grooming packages to enhance client experience and business growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of diverse haircut styles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients
- Strong hair styling, shaving, and grooming skills using professional tools and techniques
- Effective communication skills in English to clearly understand client needs and explain services
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
