What You’ll Be Doing
1. Keeping Projects on Track (The Coordinator Bit)
- Project Oversight: You’ll use Monday.com to monitor project progress, track timelines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Stakeholder Liaison: You’ll be the friendly, professional voice liaising with clients, builders, and consultants to manage expectations.
- Reporting: You’ll prepare regular status updates so the team (and our clients) always know exactly where things stand.
2. Managing the Business Engine (The Admin Bit)
- Google Workspace Management: You will be our power user for Google Workspace, managing professional correspondence via Gmail, organising project files in Drive, and tracking data in Sheets.
- CRM & Leads: You’ll manage our client relationships and incoming enquiries through GoHighLevel, keeping our records accurate and up to date.
- Financial Support: Using Xero, you’ll help with bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and processing those all-important business expenses and mileage claims.
- Daily Operations: From managing the Director’s diary to handling calls and travel arrangements, you’ll keep the office environment organised and efficient.
3. The Creative Touch
- Marketing Material: You’ll help us maintain a visually appealing brand by assisting with brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Proposals: You’ll contribute to the design and layout of project presentations, ensuring we always put our best foot forward.
About You
- Experience: You have some initial experience in a similar role, ideally within the architectural, construction, or design industries.
- Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and comfortable (or quick to learn) your way around Monday.com, GoHighLevel, and Xero.
- Organised & Proactive: You have a keen eye for detail and a "get-it-done" attitude.
- Communication: You can write a professional email and hold a confident phone conversation with ease.
The Perks & Terms
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Holiday: 28 days of paid holiday per year, including UK public holidays.
- Pension: Enrolment in the Nest company pension scheme (Inner Create contributes 3%, you contribute 5%).
- Travel: A mileage rate of 35p per mile for business-related journeys in your own vehicle (up to 10,000 miles).
- Security: This is a permanent position starting with an 8-week probation period to ensure we're a great fit for each other.

Pay: Up to £31,000.00 per year
