The Role
We’re looking for a warm, personable and organised Front of House & Hospitality Assistant to deliver an exceptional all-round experience for our homeowners and guests.
This is a varied role combining reception duties, food & beverage service, and driving responsibilities, perfect for someone who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Homeowner Experience
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to homeowners, families and visitors
- Act as a key point of contact for enquiries, bookings and daily requests
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, anticipating their needs
- Support the planning and delivery of community events
Food & Beverage Service
- Provide high-quality service in the restaurant, lounge and events spaces
- Prepare and serve drinks, including bar service where required
- Maintain clean, well-presented service areas
- Help create a relaxed, high-end dining experience
About You
- Experience in a luxury or high-quality hospitality/customer service environment
- Friendly, engaging and attentive with a natural service mindset
- Well organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic IT skills (Outlook, booking systems, etc.)
- Positive, proactive and a strong team player
Desirable:
- Full UK driving licence, to support with driving the community vehicle for homeowner outings and appointments if required.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.30 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- St Albans AL2 2DS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
