Kynex is an established independent provider of B2B Telecommunication products; based in Fareham, Hampshire. We work closely alongside Currys Business, 02, and Vodafone to provide small to medium businesses with their tech solutions – we are Currys Business largest provider in the South!
Due to increasing growth we are looking to expand our team of Customer Service Advisors - a fantastic opportunity to jump into a lively, fast-paced sales environment with full training provided.
Have experience in fast food, retail, hospitality or other customer facing roles this could be the perfect next step for you!
Location: Fareham office - The Orangery, Cams Hall Estate (within walking distance from the bus and train stations. Free parking on site)
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:30 (one 8AM start is required per week. Optional, overtime)
Salary: £25,000 per year + uncapped commission
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from existing customers and providing clear and helpful answers
- Deal with customer queries and complaints, resolving them efficiently
- Identify customer needs for additional products or retention
- De-escalation of complaints
- Meeting targets based on accuracy and following processes
- Coordination with other departments
Qualities we look for:
- Process driven
- Adaptable
- Organised and methodical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate, and competent using Microsoft excel, Office and Word
- Has demonstrated an excellent telephone manner
