Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors to join the security team at Home & Botanic, one of Cheltenham's leading late night venues.
Home & Botanic is an impressive multi-room venue offering everything from cocktails and live music to DJs, entertainment and late night clubbing. With five individually styled rooms and a varied programme of events, it's a busy and vibrant venue with a strong focus on customer experience.
We're looking for reliable, professional Door Supervisors who understand that good venue security is about much more than simply managing the door. You'll need to be approachable with customers, work well alongside venue management and colleagues, and have the confidence to deal effectively with incidents when required.
What You'll Get

What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence – essential
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident interacting with customers, venue management and colleagues
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused
- Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
- Comfortable working within a busy, high footfall late-night environment
Previous experience within bars, clubs or late night hospitality is preferred, although we are also happy to hear from newly qualified Door Supervisors with the right attitude and approach.
