The Role
You will manage your own litigation caseload from instruction through to conclusion while delivering commercially focused legal advice and exceptional client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of pre- and post-litigated claims
- Handling more complex and higher-value litigation matters
- Developing case strategies based on legal and commercial considerations
- Advising clients throughout the litigation process
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and witness statements
- Liaising with clients, insurers, counsel, experts, and third parties
- Preparing matters for hearings and attending court where required
- Meeting billing targets, KPIs, and compliance requirements
- Supporting the continued growth of the litigation department
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Litigation Lawyer with a current practising certificate
- At least 4 years' PQE with experience managing your own litigation caseload
- Ability to handle both pre- and post-litigated matters independently
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, drafting, and client care skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working remotely
- Team player committed to delivering outstanding client service
