Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items including eggs, and other specialty dishes with efficiency and attention to detail
- Ensure all food is prepared according to safety standards and quality specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
- Follow recipes accurately while adding your own creative touch to enhance flavor and presentation
- Assist in meal plating and serving to ensure timely delivery of hot, fresh breakfast options to guests or service staff
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Adhere to all food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and health guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation or kitchen roles, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong cooking skills with knowledge of breakfast menu items and techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling of ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
- Previous experience serving or interacting with guests is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or early shifts as needed
