This role would be suitable for an experienced Driver Trainer who has a minimum of one years experience in the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES – DRIVER TRAINER
· Induction training for Drivers and Drivers mates
· Support and ongoing training with Class 2 Drivers
· Developing training and guidance for drivers
· Manual handling training
· Operational support when required
DESIRED SKILLS – DRIVER TRAINER
· Class 2 Licence
· Drivers CPC
- Excellent communication skills.
- An understanding of compliance within the transport industry.
- Ability to build positive working relations with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Must be IT literate (Including working knowledge of Microsoft Office).
- The ability to work under pressure.
