Responsibilities
' Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to ensure optimal performance.
- Use fabrication, welding, and electrical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.
- Conduct PMI's to reduce breakdowns
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and safety standards.
- Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and safety protocols..
- Support our drivers with defects & daily issues.
- Qualifications
' Proven experience as an HGV technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ideally welding skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic schematics.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to HGV maintenance are preferred.'},{
