Full time, season role (July-January)
Overview
We're looking for someone to join our sales team to help manage increased order volumed across our peak season. This role combines customer sales and some administrative/operational tasks.
Sales duties include handling inbound phone orders/online orders, processing payments, managing customer accounts, and advising customers on cartridge selection.
An understanding of different delivery options will be important to ensure orders are carried out with a high degree of accuracy, whilst managing costs for both the customer and business.
The role will suit someone organised, confident on the phone, and comfortable working across both customer facing and operational tasks in a fast paced environment.
About Us
We are a small family run business operating in the shooting/field sports sector. We're the UK's largest retailer of shotgun cartridges and are looking for someone to join our sales team for the coming game season.

Pay: £32,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
