TAY Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Manager for 10 months on a commercial construction site in Bath.
The role would require experience in concrete frame construction, envelope masonry build and internal fit out. The role would involve supervising sub contractors, looking at quality control on site and maintaining health & safety standards on site.
You would require SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS. The day rate is £300 per day CIS, self employed or £250 per day PAYE (£223 ph plus £27 hoilday pay at 12.07% ).
The hours are 730-1700, Monday to Friday. Parking on site.
