Duties
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as necessary
- Handle incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and emails appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the practice management system
- Process payments and insurance claims efficiently
- Track consultations, conversions, and pending cases.
- Support the dental team with general administrative duties to facilitate smooth practice operations
Skills
- Previous Dental Nursing experience
- Previous office experience or administrative experience is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office; experience with dental practice management software is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
