We are looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Driver to deliver medication to care homes in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Hours
- Part-time
- Afternoon hours
- Approximately 25 to 35 hours per week
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver medication safely and on time to care homes
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
- Check and load deliveries accurately before leaving
- Obtain signatures or delivery confirmation where required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle medication responsibly
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly
- Keep the vehicle clean, roadworthy, and secure
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Good knowledge of Taunton and surrounding areas
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Careful attention to detail
- Previous delivery driving experience is preferred
Desirable
- Experience delivering medication or healthcare-related items
- Understanding of safe handling and confidentiality requirements
