The Role
As General Manager, you'll bring energy, personality and a genuine passion for hospitality, leading from the front and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
You'll take full responsibility for both the operational and commercial performance of the business while developing and inspiring your team to achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full accountability for sales, labour control, costs and P&L performance.
- Leading a busy, quality-driven operation and maintaining exceptional standards throughout.
- Recruiting, developing and mentoring a strong and engaged team.
- Creating a culture built around outstanding hospitality and team development.
- Delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Maintaining strong controls and ensuring company procedures are consistently followed.
- Leading with confidence and professionalism in a busy environment.
- Building and retaining a successful team within a location that can experience seasonal trading patterns.
About You
We're looking for a hands-on General Manager with a passion for great food, drink and hospitality & who has a strong commercial track record of driving sales & revenue in a busy environment with a focus on exceptional service & a great uest experience.
You will ideally have:
- Previous General Manager experience within a high-volume, quality-led hospitality business.
- A proven track record of leading, motivating and developing successful teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour costs and P&Ls.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience recruiting and retaining talent within a destination or seasonal business.
- A personal licence would be advantageous.
