Working between these areas - Bradford, Keighley, Kirklees, Calderdale, Skipton and Harrogate - You must drive and have a car or van.
£15.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | 8:30am–4:30pm | 3-Month Temporary Contract

We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker to join a friendly team on a temporary basis. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, carrying out general repairs and maintenance across properties in Bradford, Keighley, Kirklees, Calderdale, Skipton and Harrogate.
What will you be doing?
Your day-to-day work will include a variety of general maintenance tasks, such as:
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing (non-gas)
- Joinery and carpentry
- Painting and decorating
- Minor flooring repairs
- Boarding up or replacing broken windows
- Furniture assembly and removals
- Clearing waste and unwanted items
- Basic garden maintenance
- Travelling between properties as required
About you
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, practical and happy to get stuck in. You’ll need to be confident working independently and comfortable tackling a variety of maintenance jobs.
You will need:
- Previous property maintenance or similar experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Your own transport – van preferred
- Your own maintenance tools
- A good, positive attitude
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- An understanding of Health & Safety
Experience working with vulnerable people would be an advantage but isn't essential.
