Finishing /Rewinder / Inspection Operative
Job Purpose Summary - An Inspection Rewind Operative takes the final printed rolls and performs the final quality control and finishing functions, preparing the roll to Customer Packing Specifications for final shipment to the customer. The finishing machines that we currently use are called Elite Multiplex have fitted them with additional AVT inspection Equipment and sequential numbering inkjet and software. The AVT camera inspection system for the Press reads the wastage and fault data acknowledged on press by the printer and communicates to the rewind AVT system the operator then utilizes the information at set up to finish the product to a high quality removing the located waste and faults.
Experience:
- Rewinder / Print: 1 year (required)
- AVT Inspection : 1 year (preferred)
