The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Concrete Operative to work for a well-established Precast Manufacturing site based in Somercotes.

Key Responsibilities:

General manual labour within a Precast Concrete

Casting concrete products
-
Setting up casting beds and moulds
-
Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

Supporting production and maintaining a clean working environment
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or groundworks

Strong work ethic and reliability (job longevity preferred)

Comfortable with manual, physical work

Basic understanding of working with tools and materials
Essential Requirements:

Must have the right to work in the UK

Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test prior to starting
Hours & Pay:
-
Monday: 06:00 - 16:30

Tuesday: 06:00 - 16:30

Wednesday: 06:00 - 16:00

Thursday: 06:00 - 16:00

Friday: 06:00 - 15:30
-
£13.22 per hour (0.90P bonus per hour, totalling £14.12 per hour)

£19.83 on Saturdays
