We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised individual to support teaching and learning across the school by supervising classes in the absence of teaching staff.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning by delivering pre-prepared work, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students to remain engaged and on task.
Key Tasks Include:
- Supervising classes during short-term teacher absence
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials and instructions
- Maintaining good order and behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting pupils to remain focused and engaged in learning
- Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons covered
- Assisting with administrative or departmental tasks when required
- Contributing to the wider life and ethos of the school
