Alongside SGK, we also operate CVH Group Ltd, a professional commercial vehicle services company supporting fleet and business clients across the region. Both businesses are owned by the same leadership team and operate from a single site in Bilston, Wolverhampton.

About the Role
SGK Distribution Ltd is looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic Social Media Manager / Brand & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for managing the social media presence of SGK Distribution Ltd and CVH Group Ltd, helping to grow both brands through engaging content, creative marketing campaigns, and paid advertising.
This is a hands-on role where you will have the freedom to bring your own ideas, create exciting content, and build the online presence of both businesses.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong portfolio, a passion for content creation, and the drive to make a visible impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all social media accounts for SGK Distribution Ltd and CVH Group Ltd
- Create engaging photo and video content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms
- Film and edit high-quality content using a mobile phone and professional equipment where required
- Design eye-catching graphics, banners, reels, stories and promotional content
- Plan and schedule social media posts using a structured content calendar
- Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn
- Increase brand awareness and grow followers organically
- Create and update marketing content for both company websites
- Monitor social media performance and provide clear monthly reports to management
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and AI tools
- Work closely with management to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Visit company sites to capture photos and videos of operations, vehicles, staff and live projects
- Support recruitment marketing efforts to help attract the right people to the business
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience using tools such as:
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator or similar)
- CapCut
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- TikTok Business
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar
You should have:
- Excellent video filming and editing skills - confident on iPhone and professional equipment
- Strong graphic design ability with a good eye for detail
- Experience creating content that performs well on social media
- Good copywriting skills - clear, engaging and professional
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and how to get results from it
- Creativity and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
- Ability to manage content across two different brands simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload
- A genuine passion for branding, marketing and content creation
- Experience in logistics, transport or a similar sector is a bonus but not essential
