Part-Time Flexible Butcher – Farm Shop Butchery
We are looking for an experienced, reliable butcher to join our busy farm shop butchery team on a flexible part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours to help cover holidays, busy periods, and seasonal demand.
The successful candidate will be confident in all aspects of traditional butchery, including:
- Full carcass breakdown
- Cutting and preparation of beef, lamb and pork
- Sausage making and value-added products
- Counter preparation and presentation
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Assisting customers with product knowledge and service
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous butchery experience
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Is flexible and dependable
This position could particularly suit a retired butcher looking to stay involved in the trade on a flexible basis.
Competitive pay depending on experience.
