Ampgreen Estates manages a range of diverse properties in Cumbria. The estate manages in excess of 100 properties which cover a range of residential letting, private staff homes, pubs, holiday lets, agricultural buildings and country houses. redecorations. Each week will bring a different project to ensure that all properties are maintained to highest of standards with jobs ranging from external paintwork to full internal redecorations.

We are seeking two experienced and motivated Painter & Decorators to join our team. The roles play a key part in supporting the delivery of high-quality decoration works across our Estate, working under the direction of our Property Manager. You will assist in the planning and Painting and Decorating maintenance work across our wide range of residential, commercial and heritage properties.
· Undertake all aspects of internal and external painting and decorating works across our range of domestic, commercial and heritage properties.
· Preparation of all surfaces using traditional and modern methods to achieve a high-quality finish.
· Carry out or recommend appropriate remedial works where required.
· Ordering and collection of materials from suppliers for the specific job.
· Ensure all work comply with health and safety requirements and Estate standards.
· Ensuring work is carried out efficiently and effectively with high regards for tidiness across our Estate properties.
· Undertake any other duties as required by the Property Manager
· Minimum of 2 years experience in Painting and Decorating of both domestic and commercial properties.
· NVQ qualification or equivalent in Painting & Decorating.
· Must have a full UK driving licence
