Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Baby Room Leader (11 place) to inspire and nurture our youngest learners. In this vital role, you will lead a team of childcare professionals, creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for infants and toddlers. Your leadership will ensure high-quality care that promotes early childhood development, fostering curiosity, confidence, and social skills. Duties
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the baby room, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere for children and families
- Supervise and support nursery staff, providing guidance on best practices in childcare and early childhood education
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development
- Maintain clear communication with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards related to childcare services
- Oversee record-keeping for children's development milestones, attendance, and incident reports
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and ongoing training initiatives
Experience
- Proven management or leadership experience within a childcare or nursery setting
- Extensive experience working directly with children in early childhood environments
- Strong background in childcare practices, early childhood education principles, and nursery routines
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
- Valid driving license is preferred to facilitate transportation needs when necessary
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team with confidence, empathy, and professionalism
