Flexible Working
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full-time.
Based within the Building Fabric team, the Building Fabric Assistant provides reactive and planned maintenance support, including statutory testing and basic repairs to building fabric. They also assist the Building Fabric team in the general execution of their duties as required. The role also completes lower skilled, repetitive tasks; and support for other technicians to resolve job requests, including transporting materials and equipment and meeting contractors.
