My client is seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee care home operations across Cheshire Area

The Role:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care home managers across the Cheshire
- Ensure high standards of care are maintained, meeting regulatory and company standards.
- Drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple homes.
- Support homes with CQC inspections, training, and development.
- Work closely with senior management to enhance resident experience and business performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Manager or Support Manager within the nursing/care home sector.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- NMC PIN preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrable career longevity within the sector.
