E-commerce & Operations Executive
Saltburn-by-the-Sea
Salary dependent on experience Full Time – 40 hours per week
Yorkshire Jewellery Company is a growing independent jeweller and watch retailer based in Saltburn-by-the-Sea and we’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is a varied role that would suit somebody who enjoys working across different areas of a business and wants to play a key part in helping us continue to grow both online and in-store. The role will include:
- Responding to website and online enquiries.
- Uploading and maintaining products on our website.
- Supporting website development and improvements.
- Assisting with stock management and replenishment.
- Packaging and dispatching customer orders.
- Supporting merchandising and store presentation.
- Assisting with customer service both online and in-store.
- Helping improve systems and processes across the business.
- Supporting marketing and promotional activity.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is organised and has excellent attention to detail.
- Has strong communication and customer service skills.
- Is comfortable using technology and online systems.
- Is proactive and enjoys problem solving.
- Is happy to get involved wherever needed.
- Has an interest in retail, jewellery or watches (preferred but not essential).

Pay: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
