Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies - Take customer orders and provide excellent guest service - Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Upsell additional items or special promotions to customers - Assist with food preparation as needed Skills: - Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order processing - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service - Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety guidelines - Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, and have the skills listed above, we would love to hear from you.
