Contract: Full Time, permanent – Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am to 12pm

The Role:
As a Showroom and Internal Sales Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Cardiff showroom, calling or emailing in for product advice, obtaining quotes and placing orders. Your key focus? Delivering top-tier customer service and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers to the showroom and offering expert product advice
- Processing sales orders via phone, email and in-store
- Building strong relationships with trade and retail customers
- Providing quotations and helping customers choose the right products for their projects
- Assisting with merchandising and maintaining showroom presentation
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a showroom or trade counter environment, ideally in the building plastics, windows and doors, or builders merchant sector
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
- Good IT and administrative skills
