Key Responsibilities
- Support daily legal administration, document handling, and office coordination tasks
- Assist with client records, file updates, data entry, and document organisation
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and service partners
- Help prepare basic reports, meeting notes, correspondence, and administrative summaries
- Monitor schedules, follow-up tasks, deadlines, and service updates
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in line with company procedures
- Support general reception, client communication, and office administration as needed
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- No extensive experience required
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, office support, legal support, or professional services is an advantage
- Fresh graduates, school leavers, or early-career applicants are encouraged to apply
Skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- Basic computer, typing, and documentation skills

Education
- GCSEs, A-levels, college certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification is required
- Background in law, business administration, legal studies, public administration, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
