£30-£32k yearly depending on experience.
Plus sleep in rate £60 per night
£34680-£36680 based on 6 sleeps per month

This is based in Rochdale.
We are looking for an Experienced Support Worker for our 30yr old son who has quadriplegia cerebral palsy, symptomatic epilepsy and asthma.
He is a wheelchair user, non-verbal but has a good understanding, once you get to know him you will know his likes/dislikes.
He lives in the family home, he has pets so you must be an animal lover.
We are looking for a support worker to do two days on, two days off 10am to 8pm rolling rota and every alternate weekend Friday-Monday (these are sleeping nights 10am start Fri - Mon 10am finish) basically 1 week you work 5 days which include 3 sleeps at the weekend, the week after you work 2 days and weekend off. (14 shifts in a 4 week period).
Sleeping nights will be needed when we (parents are on holiday) and away from the family home Fri-Monday but sometimes Thurs-Monday.
This will be discussed in more detail at the interview.
Job description
You will provide care and support, including support around the house with household chores, support with meals including meal planning and cooking, support with all personal care, support with feeding and medications.
Our son also attends physiotherapy once per week which you will accompany him when on shift. You will be shown what you need to do to help him stretch his muscles.
He loves having fun and socialising so you must be a fun person.
He has a wicked sense of humour and the best smile ever.
He has a wheelchair adapted Volkswagen Transporter which is automatic which you will need to drive, therefore a FULL driving licence is required with no more than 3 points allowed.
The role requires a highly dedicated compassionate person who is reliable, well organised, sociable, has a good sense of humour, common sense & very importantly must be honest & trustworthy and flexible. Ideally be experienced with Complex needs and experience with working in the community and in someone’s home.
Must be able to work in a team and lone work too.
2 years care experience preferably with young disabled adults.

In addition you have responsibility to record and report important events that occur while you are staying with our son for example you will be expected to record every time you give him medication, any financial transactions you make on his behalf and relevant information such as changes in his condition or safeguarding concerns.
This is a permanent, Fully Employed position for which your Tax, National Insurance and auto enrol pension are paid.
4 weekly pay (13 months)
Pay: £34,680.00-£37,680.00 per year
