What are we looking for?
Do you have a passion for making people happy within the Fast Food Sector? Have you worked in a similar role which involved fast and efficient service?
Essential Skills & Knowledge required
You Must -
- Be passionate about food and customer service with the ability to inspire others to deliver excellent customer service with enthusiasm
- Demonstrate a good level of personal hygiene and high standard of cleanliness
- Take direction well and has the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and often under pressure
- Be able to use initiative and make decisions without direction while remaining within the parameters of policy, procedure and best practice
- Be confident and articulate when interacting with guests and visitors
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and relationships across all levels
- Have resilience – ability to deal with a wide range of people and emotional situations along with fluctuating workloads
- Be able to work in a high paced environment whilst maintaining a friendly and welcoming persona
- Take responsibility for your place of work before, during and after shift by ensuring it is always clean, tidy and presentable.
- Be able to work in a high pressured environment whilst being customer facing at all times.
