Lead Generation Account Manager
Digital Marketing (PPC) | Altrincham | 37.5 hours £25,000–£28,000 basic (DOE) + performance-driven progression
We’re looking for a commercially-minded, high-drive Account Manager to take ownership of client trials and convert them into long-term revenue.
This is not a passive account management role. You’ll be expected to influence decisions, demonstrate value quickly, and drive commercial outcomes.
The Role
You will manage PPC Lead Generation trials end-to-end, with a clear objective: turn short-term campaigns into long-term client partnerships.
You’ll combine analytical thinking, persuasive communication, and commercial awareness to deliver measurable results and guide clients toward the right decisions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning trial performance and conversion outcomes – success is measured by your ability to convert and retain clients
- Leading strategic onboarding conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and commercial drivers
- Advising confidently on budget allocation and paid search strategy across platforms
- Running mid-trial reviews and performance discussions, translating data into clear, commercially relevant insights
- Improving campaign performance early in the learning phase to build momentum and credibility
- Clearly articulating ROI and long-term value, positioning ongoing PPC services persuasively
