Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House team member to provide exceptional guest services in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner

- Support food preparation activities as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining excellent guest relations
- Handle guest enquiries courteously, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Manage basic administrative tasks such as billing, cash handling, and table management
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow and optimise guest experience
- Maintain a tidy and organised front of house area throughout shifts
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation skills are advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
