Part-Time Early Morning Housekeeping Assistant / Public Area Cleaner
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and hardworking housekeeping team at our beautiful hotel and wedding venue.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness. Working as part of our housekeeping team, you will help ensure our public areas are presented to the highest standard, creating a welcoming environment for our guests each day.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas, including corridors, staircases, entrance areas and public toilets.
- Ensure all guest-facing areas are clean, tidy and well-presented throughout your shift.
- Use cleaning products, detergents and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Follow all health and safety policies, ensuring safe working practices are maintained before, during and after cleaning.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns to the appropriate manager.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards.
About You
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Reliable, hardworking and trustworthy.
- Excellent attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness.
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Flexible and willing to support the wider team when required.
