The role As Head Chef you will:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Create a positive, supportive working environment.
- Manage stock, ordering, wastage and kitchen budgets.
- Ensure consistently excellent food quality and presentation.
- Train, coach and develop the kitchen team.
- Work closely with management to continually improve our food offering.
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
