Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry, including catering, serving, and food preparation. Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and process payments correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring a positive guest experience at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and evenings if required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when necessary
