Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and process payments correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring a positive guest experience at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and evenings if required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when necessary
