CJP Outreach Services is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee 3 care package’s in Bath / Keynsham .
For this role, it is essential that you have experience supporting people with complex early-life trauma and learning disabilities. Experience with Autism would be beneficial. Ideally, your background will include community-based settings such as supported living and/or residential care. Knowledge of working within a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework would be an advantage.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting staff within the package. This includes supervision, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and promoting best practice. You will work closely with the local Case Manager to uphold standards and improve this person’s quality of life.
We are looking for someone who is positive, approachable, and has a good sense of humour, while also remaining calm, resilient, and composed under pressure
Available upon being shortlisted.
The role will include the occasional sleep-in duty and some weekend hours.

Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in a similar environment, ideally in a leadership role.
- Experience supporting people with complex early-life trauma and learning disabilities.
- Experience with cerebral palsy
- Experience of working within a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework would be an ideal advantage.
- Knowledge of rota planning.
- Understanding of person-centred support.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt.
- Empathy, kindness, and a commitment to providing a caring, supportive environment.
- Willingness to learn, share ideas, and improve outcomes for the people you support.
