Job Summary
We are seeking a cook who is experienced in cooking for elderly people .
We have a small and friendly residential home in Oswestry , accommodating up to 24 residents.
We require someone who is willing to work 4 days a week, and to cover for other staff when they are on holiday. The hours are 8am to 5.pm.
Applicants must have their food hygiene certificate and must have knowledge of providing nutritious meals for elderly people, some of whom will have special dietary needs. e.g. diabetic diets, , low fat meals , soft foods , gluten free meals etc.
It is necessary to have a good knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Wages are £12.80p per hour.
