What you'll be doing
You'll lead your branch day to day: coaching your team, driving sales, and setting the standard for customer experience. You'll be hands-on, advising customers, completing assessments, closing sales, and stepping in wherever you're needed, while keeping an eye on the bigger picture: targets, standards, and the development of the people around you.
It's a role built for someone who leads by example, not from a distance, and who takes real satisfaction in watching their team and their branch grow.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading or supervising a team in a retail, sales or care environment
- A track record of hitting targets and genuinely enjoying the commercial side of retail
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, you can handle a tricky conversation as confidently as you can close a sale
- Comfortable with manual handling and confident driving a van
- A hands-on leader who sets the tone for their team, not just someone who supervises it

Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, plus one in three Saturdays. Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Location
Blackpool Store, travel between branches within your assigned area, plus customer and site visits as needed.
