Duties
- Serve beverages and food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Prepare and pour drinks accurately, including alcohol and non-alcoholic options
- Take orders from customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and manage basic math calculations for change
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment for all patrons
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with opening or closing duties
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations to uphold hygiene standards
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
